Mrs. Cruse's Classes

Welcome!

RFP Status of the Class

This site is designed to provide more information about your English III class at Heavener High School.

We will focus on how American writers captured America’s evolvement (or lack thereof) and the movements of the time period. Also, we will explore the similarities to the present era: socially, economically, and politically. Most importantly, you will challenge yourself to open your mind to new and different ideas, perspectives, and thought processes. Students will also complete at least one “major” paper: a research paper over an author and possibly a literary analysis.
